For 25 years I fought the man I was meant to become.
For 25 years, I chased results without building the identity that sustains them. I borrowed his outcomes. I ignored his foundations. And I paid for it.
This is the framework I built to stop. Not to motivate. Not to fix. But to become coherent.
It’s here so you don’t have to fight yourself the way I did. Use it. Build on it. Make it yours.
Kare ni naru is not a protocol. It’s a way of being. When identity is stable, the right actions become the default.
- You are brilliant but easily overstimulated.
- You can “do the things” yet still feel unregulated.
- Optimisation helped… until it started costing you.
- You want a path that feels like home, not pressure.
To give you the structure you were never taught.
It’s here. It’s open. And it’s yours.

Many neurodivergent people end up in performance spaces looking for regulation. Biohacking. Optimisation. “Do more. Track more. Push more.”
Those spaces can improve metrics, yet still miss the deeper needs: belonging, identity, and down-regulation. When those are missing, the body keeps sounding alarms.
Become Him is a quieter alternative: a place where you build stability first, then capacity, then expression, then legacy.
Calling all Dreamers
This is for the dreamers. The ones who saw more, earlier. The ones who felt there was something they were meant to build, lead, change, or become – and have been at war with themselves ever since.
This is for the men with fire in their minds and static in their nervous systems. The men who could think in systems, see in patterns, and move in futures – but were never taught how to hold that power.
This is for the ones who touched success and couldn’t keep it. Who climbed and fell. Who built and burned. Who glimpsed their own potential and then lost it in chaos, fatigue, or drift.
Not because you are weak. But because you were never structured.
This is for the genius dropouts. The misapplied weapons. The untrained forces of nature.
The men who were told to chase results, but were never taught to become the man who sustains them.
The men who have tried discipline, hacks, motivation, and brute force – and still feel like something is missing.
It is.
You were not meant to perform. You were meant to become. You were not meant to adapt. You were meant to embody. You were not meant to fit in. You were meant to stand out through coherence.
This is for the builders who haven’t built yet. The leaders who have never been given a frame.
This is not self-improvement. This is not motivation. This is not discipline.
This is identity. This is structure. This is the work of becoming dangerous in the right way.
If you feel this in your chest instead of your head, good. That means it’s for you.
Kare ni naru
彼になる means “to become him.”
But not in imitation
Not in performance.
Not in comparison.
It is the steady work of becoming coherent.
The man you become sets your defaults.
Your defaults shape your life.
And most men never choose either.
They drift.
- They borrow identities.
- They copy archetypes.
- They inherit expectations.
They optimise for outcomes without asking what kind of man those outcomes are creating.
And then one day they look up and realise:
“This is not who I meant to be.”
Kare ni Naru exists to prevent that.

Most advice is configuration: endless tweaks, rules, stacks, and protocols. Configuration can help, but it is cognitively expensive, especially for neurodivergent minds.
Kare ni naru is convention: a stable identity that makes the next right action feel natural. Not forced. Not performative. Not dependent on motivation.
We build conventions that down-regulate the nervous system, create belonging, and generate durable change.

Regulate → Build → Express
First we calm the system. Then we increase capacity. Then we speak, build, and serve. Identity is the container.
The Practice of Kare Ni Naru
Regulation
Master your nervous system so you act from clarity, not compulsion.
Harmony
Align body, mind, values, and environment so nothing is fighting itself.
Belonging
Choose your people and places where your traits are not a liability.
Identity
Become the man who does the work by default, not by force.
Efficacy
Never appear capable of what you cannot execute on demand.
Expression
Confidence, speech, craft. Calm power. Clean presence.
Impact
Effective people have a burning inside them to make a difference in the world. What will your impact be? How will your legacy play out? Will you leave your mark on this world?
How can I get involved?
If this feels like the room you were trying to find elsewhere, leave your email and I’ll send the first writings and practices as they appear.
Everything you want in life is already inside you.
No hustle porn, no performance anxity, no burnouts.
Just a living library for people who are becoming their true selves.
If you’ve been searching for down-regulation and belonging inside optimisation culture: welcome.
